My order did show up, so that part was fine, fine. But i’m left with mixed feelings about the whole experience. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t fully earn my trust either. I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

The promo said it was valid, so I figured the discount would show up at checkout. But when I went to pay, it still charged me the full price. Frustrating, because it said it was valid and then just didn’t work

I did get it in the end, just later than expected. i kind of had a feeling it might take longer than advertised, and this pretty much confirmed that for me. Everything was fine once it arrived, but the wait was a bit annoying

I tried to exchange an item, and it ended up being annoying from the very beginning all the way to the end. The whole process just wasn’t explained clearly, so I kept having to stop and figure out what I was supposed to do next instead of it being straightforward. I don’t expect everything to be instant, and I’m fine waiting a reasonable amount of time, but the replies felt slow and didn’t really answer my questions in a helpful way. It kind of felt like I was the one constantly following up and trying to move things along, rather than them actually helping me get the exchange sorted. By the time it finally got resolved, I was already fed up with the whole thing. If returns or exchanges are always going to be this much hassle, I probably won’t order from them again.

I tried browsing hq4sports.com on my phone, it felt clunky. The pages took a while to load, and some of the menus weren’t super clear, so I ended up clicking around way more than I should’ve had to. The product pages are fine once you actually get to them, but finding things and going back was kind of frustrating. Maybe it’s better on desktop, but on mobile it was NOT a smooth shopping experience for me

I mean, overall it was okay. They did get one item wrong, which was a little frustrating, but the rest of the order was fine.

My order from hq4sports showed up in a crushed box with barely any tape holding it together. Everything inside was sliding around like no one really took the time to pack it properly. The items made it, but the whole thing felt careless and was definitely annoying.

They’ve got a decent range of sports gear, but I was kind of hoping for more brands and sizes. I did end up finding something that worked, it just took a little while wandering around and checking different racks...

I ordered my usual size from hq4sports, expecting it to fit normally, but it was way too small. I even checked the size chart beforehand, it didn’t help at all.
